Do I need an AI account or an API key?
No. Everything runs on our side and is included in your plan. You sign up and start describing work.
Does it actually write the work, or just plan it?
It writes it. Any task can produce a real document — brief, copy, email, calendar, proposal, checklist or status report — using what it knows about your business and that project. You can revise it, edit it by hand, and download it as Markdown or a Word file. Every version is kept, so regenerating never loses a draft you liked.
Will it invent things about my business?
It is told not to. Where a document needs a number, a date or a name it was never given, it writes TO CONFIRM and the question instead of inventing one — and lists those questions for you afterwards. Nothing is created in your workspace until you approve it.
What happens when a task really needs a person?
It says so rather than pretending, and on a paid plan you can hand that task to a human instead.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your own billing page. Your projects and history stay where they are.
